The new year is a perfect time for re-charging and re-calibrating. The Library has selected some of the best new books/e-books, audiobooks, and streaming video titles on mental wellness and positive psychology to help you do just that!

Feel free to stop by and browse our "Taking Care of Your You" display on the Library's first floor to view some of our new titles associated with mental health and wellness. You can also access e-books and audiobooks or streaming films from the comfort of your home with your campus/MyWCC ID.
