Google and Google Scholar are useful tools. In fact, if students register as WCC students in Google settings, Google Scholar will note when WCC owns an article or document.

Students may also employ the "trick" of adding .org; .edu; .gov to any Google search in order to retrieve more professional resources.
The librarians recommend that students start with a Library owned resource before relying on the Internet for sources and that they use a General library resource to find leads on websites.
