Final Research Paper
Write an argumentative research essay on the topic you have been exploring. Your paper should:
- be a MINIMUM of 4 pages (~1000 words) long
- be contextualized within what others have said about your topic
- take a clear stand on what you believe and why
- support your argument with evidence from 4-5 sources, paraphrased and quoted
- stay focused on the main argument and show the connections (using transitions) between your ideas and your various sources
- include a counter-argument and refute that argument
- be well-organized, with an introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion
- be clearly and coherently written
- include a title and a Works Cited page (separate from the page count)
