Download the appropriate Overdrive app to your device.
Go to your library's Overdrive site (see links above). Search for a specific title or author in the search box at top.
Matches will show formats and availability:
Click the book icon to get more information about the title, synopsis, preview audio, view wait list:
Place a hold, or add to wait list from either the main page or title page using the icons (you'll need to be logged in).
Log in to your account to view loans, holds, wait listed items.
Click MY ACCOUNT and choose items to view (loans, holds, wish list etc).
You can view/stream books from the loans page, or add to the app for offline viewing/listening by clicking DOWNLOAD.
Go to the OVERDRIVE APP on your device to read/listen to items on your account.
Click on a title to begin listening / reading. Tap the top of the screen to access setting for brightness, layout, text size and bookmarks.
Click the Bookmark icon in the top right corner to add a bookmark.
Click on the Pages icon in the top right to see your bookmarks, plus table of contents and other information.
Browse for titles by clicking the books icon.
Browse by media type or Collection.
