ELI-ESL 1650 (English for Academic Purposes): Tutoring Help at Academic Support Center

For the Fall semester, the Academic Support Center will provide tutoring services in person in ESL, Math, Physics, Computer Science, Reading, Science, Study Skills, and Writing.

In-Person Tutoring

The Academic Support Center is located on the ground floor of the library building. No appointments are needed for in-person tutoring. Science tutorial is located in room 219 of the Science Building.

The Writing Tutorial will be in Lib G37 as we continue the search for a new Writing Coordinator.

Math, Physics, Science, ESL, Reading, Study Skills, and Writing tutoring offered Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.

Ask-a-Tutor Email (Writing, ESL, and Reading):  

• Receive constructive feedback via email by sending assignments to:
  • askatutor-wri@sunywcc.edu (any writing assignment)
  • askatutor-esl@sunywcc.edu (for ESL students)
  • askatutor-read@sunywcc.edu (for Reading students)

NetTutor (Evenings and Weekends): 

Receive online tutoring outside of normal business hours by accessing NetTutor from a course's BrightSpace page.
