     Film Quarterly

A database is an online tool that contains collections of many journals.

Peer Reviewed Articles

A peer reviewed article is critically examined and evaluated by other experts in the same field before being published. It's a way to vet research through a rigorous review process by qualified experts in the field.

Key points about peer-reviewed articles:

  • High level of credibility:

Due to the rigorous review process, peer-reviewed articles are considered highly reliable sources of information for academic research.

  • Expert review:

Articles are reviewed by other scholars with expertise in the subject matter, assessing the research methods, significance of findings, and overall quality.

  • Published in scholarly journals:

These articles are typically found in academic journals that follow a strict peer-review process.
