• Mention the importance of self-care and the chosen method of self-care to be discussed.

• Discuss the chosen self-care dynamic and why it is important or interesting.

• Present another aspect of the chosen self-care dynamic and its relevance.

• Explore potential liabilities or drawbacks of the selected self-care method.

The 5 W's

• WHO  Who is affected by the topic or issue? Do you know of organizations or institutions affiliated with the topic?
• WHAT are there a range of issues and viewpoints to consider?
• WHERE is your topic important: at the local, national or international level? 
• WHEN is/was your topic important? 
• WHY do you have an opinion about the issues involved?

And remember to include your thesis statement!
