Are you registered to vote?  Use the board of elections online form (

Register Online via the Department of Motor Vechicles.    You can register to vote online if you have DMV issued form of identification (driver's license, permit or non-driver ID).   You'll need to create an online DMV id.  After creating the ID you can sign in and pick the "Register to Vote" option.  The DMV will send your completed registration to your County Board of Elections.

Register by Mail.  You can download a form via the board of elections.   Print and fill out the form.  You'll then send it to your local board of elections by October 14th.
